for the above referenced project. The attached document replaces the MRTF dated 05/19/2023, attached to the most
recent Permit verification dated 05/19/2023; all other aspects of the Permit verification remain unchanged.

submitted plans may subject the permittee to a stop work order, a restoration order and/or appropriate legal action.
