On November 27, 2007, the Express Review Program of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your
application for the above referenced project. The DWQ has determined that your application will require additional
information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project and
prevent denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506:
Acceptance Letter
a. As requested in the November 13, 2007. Express Review acceptance letter, three (3) copies of the
BMP supplements and details for on-site diffuse flow provisions should be included with your
application.
b. Please provide one (1) copy of a completed PCN Addendum as requested in the Express Review
acceptance letter. As per the attached PCN Addendum, please provide the items that were missing or
insufficient from your November 27, 2007 submittal for the project including full size (1:50' scale)
existing conditions map (including contours, streams, etc), and full size (1:50'scale) proposed
conditions map with all diffuse flow provisions shown. Please provide site design details showing
where the wetland outlets are discharging (include topography lines, stream and buffer boundaries,
etc.). If diffuse flow provisions are not proposed, please provide outlet velocity calculations to prove
that diffuse flow provisions are not required.
Please respond within five (5) days of the date of this letter by sending three (3) copies of this information. The
Express Review Program is a process that requires all parties to participate in a timely manner.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected
