Looking at your concept I think you are heading in the right direction with your bridge design. We are not at this
time moving forward with a crossing at Six Forks Ave. Something may materialize in the future once the state
property redevelops.

As I indicated earlier this month, we are poised to submit our DWQ application for the above referenced crossing.
Before we can proceed with permitting through DWQ, we need to get some sort of concept approval from
Raleigh. I have attached a PDF of the bridge crossing we are proposing at this time -please review and comment.
We have also been told that Raleigh may be proceeding with the crossing of Crabtree Creek at Six Forks Avenue.
Is this going to affect our ability to construct the crossing at Ratchford Dr?
We need to get some feedback on these issues as soon as possible - we look forward to your quick response.
