We formally request a credit release for the EMH Farm Buffer Mitigation Bank Parcel
(DWR ID# 2022-1493v1) for completion of Task #3 per the approved credit release schedule, which is
included in the Attachments with this request. The following documents have been submitted to and
approved by DWR for Task # 3: EMH Farm As-Built and Baseline Monitoring Report including AMP,
and Performance Monitoring Bond. The Approved Project Credit Table, Approved Credit Release
Schedule are included with this Credit Release Request Form.
