Jesse McDonnell gave me your contact information for me to notify you that I have initiated a Tier I response (General
Permit section E-6) due to the PH on our Out Fall #1 being over the freshwater benchmark of 9 with a 10.93 value
reported on our last quarterly analytical testing report that we received from Statesville Analytical on 4/5/24.This is on
our permit certificate# NCG070164 for Southeastern Concrete Products of INC.The values of our quarterly analytical
testing have been submitted via eDMR reporting.
