1. As previously requested, please provide the following information in hard copy
via mail or FedEx:
a. The location of the entire site boundary (all phases) on the USGS
topographic map and Harnett County Soil Survey.
b. The complete site plans on full plan sheets with elevation contours at a
scale of no smaller than 1 inch = 50 feet.
c. Please provide conceptual lot layout, road layout and all impacts for all
phases of the project.
2. The letter received by the DWQ on October 17, 2007 from your consultant,
Thomas S. Blue, indicates that ten bioretention areas are proposed to treat the
stormwater from this site. For each proposed bioretention area, please provide
one completed Bioretention Supplement Form, available on our web site at:
http://h2o.enr.state.nc.usJsu/brnp forrns.htm. You must fill out both worksheets
of each form and provide all items listed in the Required Items Checklist.
