This is an Annual Report (AR) Review. A site visit was not performed as part of this review.
The MRO is requesting to be notified during LA events, so we can have staff present for the LA event.
SAR and PAN values are presented for the AR. However, the populated calculations were not presented in the AR. In the
future, please present the populated calculations for SAR and PAN.
Due to the potential for fluxation in the volume of biosolids and to avoid having to spend money on sending biosolids to a
landfill for permanent disposal, the MRO continues to suggest adding land to the permit for biosolid LA.
