The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) has received and reviewed the 2023 Annual Report for the Land
Application of Residual Sludge for the above -stated permit. The Annual Review Appears to meet the
requirements of the permit.
However, future Annual Reports should include the populated formulas for PAN and SAR. A PDF of the
requirements of the Annual Report has been attached for your reference. These populated formulas
continue to be absent from the AR. Your laboratory can provide this information at your request.
The MRO has not been receiving notification of the Land Application events. The MRO should be
notified before a land application (LA) event to allow for a representative of the MRO to be present for
the LA event.
