I require additional information to complete my review of the above noted project. Please respond to the following
inquiry within 30 days of this email. The application will be considered "on hold" until receipt of a complete response.
1. Please provide an agent authorization form.
2. Can you explain how the numbers on the buffer impacts map correspond to the numbers in the PCN and the
overall buffer impacts on site? Please see the included screenshots. I am confused by how the circled impacts
factor in as the starred impacts are the only ones included on your Version 2 PCN.
