Sue & Zachary, I tried sending these photos I took after the 2.5" rain event we had at the site On 01/09/2024, it came
back undeliverable. The rain event washed the wattles out of place. We are prepared to do as instructed, restore
approximately 40' of stream, install crane malts, remove the in -stream wattles completely, Install Filltrex parallel to the
stream from the crane malts to the LOD's and monitor. We are waiting for the 404 mitigations to be finalized, or do we
have permission to make the correction immediately? Please let me know. We accumulated 1.5" over the weekend I will
inspect today. You will note the photos are date and time stamped. Thanks!
