regarding permit issuance and permit provisions.
PERMIT APPLICATION
Ely Lilly and Company,1420 Concord Parkway South,Concord,N.C.,has
applied for modification of NPDES wastewater permit(NC0090239)for
its Concord facilityin Cabarrus County.The facility discharges cooling
water to unnamed tributaryto Coddle Creek in the Catawba River basin.
Some parameters are water quality limited.This discharge may affect
future allocations in this portion of the Catawba River basin.The loca-
tions of Outfall 001 is:Latitude:35023'27.0';Longitude:80038'6.3";Out-
fall 002 is:Latitude:35023'29.(';Longitude:80037'40.7";Outfall 003 is:
Latitude'35023'32.r Longitude 80037159.3'.
