The only changes at the facility since the last permit issuance are the addition of a Polymer Modified Asphalt (PMA) mixing operation which occurs inside a building and the addition of several PMA storage tanks. There are no discharges associated with these facility changes. Stormwater is collected in the retention pond which has a manually controlled valve through which runoff is released as stated on the enclosed renewal application.
