My comments on this plan; I don't know if it is worth sending this through Tom R. to warn them that
they may not get full credit for the lengths of stream with reduced buffer width.
I am also waiting oon info on the use of black walnut (for my own edification as much as to comment
on their plan).
Also, as a possibly trivial observation, this is aFull-Delivery project, but EEP is listed on the PCN as
the applicant. This deviates from the normal situation where the applicant is the Full-Delivery
provider. This may not matter to anyone.

Note we are approaching 30 days on this project, so if we are going to comment, it needs to be soon..
