Enclosed are three (3) copies of the completed application Form D-WWTP. This
submittal includes the necessary attachments for your office to renew the subject
permit.
Aqua North Carolina is requesting the three perweek summer Fecal Coliform frequency
requirement be updated to reflect standard monitoring requirements for a facility of this
size. The Hwy 150 WWTP has not demonstrated a history of elevated fecal results to
necessitate the additional monitoring requirement.
