1988: proposed discharge off of SR 1109, recommended Secondary Limits w/200 / 100 mL fecal coliform and comments on Fact
Sheet; "Permit condition, ouffall shall extend out into the center of Reeds Creek."
1992: facility was discharging an average of 4,000 gpd. Region recommended the current Advanced Secondary limits and since
facility could meet those limits it was implemented.
DMR•s
residual chlorine values excessive, decreases since August, 1994.
Facility well within Permitted limits
Staff Report
March, 1994; facility was proposing to expand its current 0.033 mgd plant up to its Permitted hydraulic capacity of 0.100 mgd. Report
indicated that expansion should not adversely affect plants ability to meet current BPJ limits.
November, 1994; non -potable industrial intake - 1/4 mile downstream w/ much recreational activity throughout lake. A to C for
expansion up to 0.100 mgd was issued 8-22-94. Dechlorination and residual chlorine limit should be added to exaansion
Region requests limits be given for both current capacity, (0.033 mgd) and planned expansion, (0.100 mgd).
