The treatment facility operates in compliance and there have been no changes to the facility since issuance of the last permit. The sludge management plan also remains the same. Solids are wasted to a digester and aerated. As the sludge thickens the operator notifies the facility owner. A pump truck service maintains the grease trap, digester and collection baffles. The hauler is responsible for the disposal of the solids to the local municipality where he is permitted to discharge. Sincerely, Harold F.
