Descrip�on: G.S. 150B-21.3A requires all rules be reviewed every 10 years to determine
whether the rules are necessary or unnecessary. DWM staff will present
the ini�al review of 15A NCAC 02S “Rules and Criteria for the
Administra�on of the Dry-Cleaning Solvent Cleanup Fund” and request
approval from the GWWMC to proceed to the Environmental Management
Commission (EMC) for public no�ce.
