Good afternoon all,
Michael and I just got back from being in the field and wanted to follow up on details discussed during
the onsite meeting regarding the above mentioned DWR project:
1. The proposed retaining walls in the 30 and 50 foot buffer are not necessary. For the homeowners
purpose, it is feasible to place a single retaining wall outside of the 50 foot buffer and still
effectively work for their purposes (erosion of their yard).
2. There is a set of old stone steps down to the water/dock through the buffer, they have been there
for a longtime.
3. No trees need to be removed from the buffer, especially now since the retaining wall can easily be
moved back out of the buffer.
Arnie - Tamara said she would work on a resubmittal, including a new drawing reflecting the single
retaining wall OUTSIDE of the buffer as well as the dimensions of such. I think that covers it, let me know
if there are any further questions!
