Matthews information requested see attached. DWR 20240326
Yes this cove was dredged 15 years ago but the owners at that time couldn't afford to get their pier dredged. Part of the
channel has been dredged 15 years ago.
Matthews is dredging the cove so they can have channel access.

You say you are dredging 25' x 25' for the pier which is 625sgft or 0.014 acres. You
have 185sgft for your total disturbance below normal pool. You also mention 530'
channel but you don't provide a width. Can you also give details on if this channel
previously existed.
