SEDIMENTATION INSPECTION REPORT
Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report, which was prepared following an
onsite inspection of the referenced project. This report is intended to provide you
with information concerning the status of the project as it relates to compliance with
the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Act of 1973.
Please review this report carefully, as it may contain corrective actions needed
or comments, which will assist you in meeting the required standards of the Act.
It is our desire that any and all possible problems be discussed and resolved at

self-monitoring or self-inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under
the SPCA.Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities(NCGOI)must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of
Termination(NOT).The NOT is available at:
