The flow allocated per lot is for 3 bedrooms which totals a 5,625 GPD daily flow for the project of 61000-GRD. It will consist of 100°}o residential flow. The sewer system will be constructed of approximately 1,024 LF of 8-inch SDR-35 PVC gravity sewer line including 6 new manholes. The newly permitted system will flow to the existing Yukon Pump Station. The pump station has the available capacity to handle the additional flow. The wastewater treatment plant facility that will be handling this flow is the Kenly W WTF (Permit # NC 0064891). The permitted flow for the W WTF is 0.63 MGD and after the allocation of the Downtown Kenly Subdivision's flow the WWTF will be allocated at 59.6% of its total capacity.
