Dear Ms. Manuel
Due to the excessive rain and subsequent runoff to the wastewater plant we exceeded our Daily Max
fecal limit on 1/24/2024 and monthly average ammonia limit.) The area around the plant and the beds
have been consistently wet and is just starting to dry out. Since the area is starting to dry out the
permit limits are starting to be met.
This happens occasionally when we have excess rain to the plant. February samples are looking
much better but they are also higher than normal but may be in compliance.
