We just received approval on this project. The approval letter included payment information which I'm
assuming is standard, however as discussed with Mike, the fee paid for NCC240947 will be applied to this
new NOI. Once we receive the COC for NCC241180, we will submit an NOT for NCC240947. Please let
me know if you need any additional information to have the COC issued or if you would like to discuss
further.

After we receive payment of the$120 annual permit fee, we will e-mail you the COC for this
project. Failure to pay the annual fee in 30 days will result in your application being rejected, and

You have two options for paying the$120 fee:
1. Electronic payment by debit/credit card is preferred. To access the ePayment website, go to
https://deq.nc.gov/sw-epayments
You will need to enter the COC number above(NCC241180). If you select eCheck, there is no
convenience fee. The convenience fee for a credit card is 2.65%, and the convenience fee for debit card
is$3.95.
2. Mail a $120 check made payable to "DEMLR Stormwater Program." After we receive the check in the
Raleigh Central Office, it will take 1-2 business days for us to e-mail your COC.A$25.00 processing fee
will be charged for a returned check in accordance with NC General Statute 25-3-512.
No matter which method of payment you choose,you must mail the original signed NOI Certification

I had spoke with Mike earlier about this project.
This project was approved under COC NCC240947. We need to change the entity for this project, and
Mike directed me to submit for a new NOI, and once the new COC was issued, complete an NOT for
NCC240947.
He informed me that the fee paid for the NCC240947 can be applied to this new NOI that is being
submitted. I anticipate submitting later this afternoon. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
