Dead Tree A Bank Parcel Credit Release — Task 5
Dear Mr. Jenkins:
On November 29, 2023, the Division of Water Resources (DVvR) received a Year 2 Monitoring
Report from Restoration Systems, LLC (RS) for the Dead Tree A site. Overall, site conditions
appear to look satisfactory with performance standards for vegetation met across most of the site.
DVv`R received a continuation certificate for performance bond (K41730043) issued to RS from
Federal Insurance Company, in the amount of $60,000. The term of this bond ends July 12, 2025.
Future credit releases will be dependent on both the renewal of this performance bond and the annual
monitoring reports.
in accordance with the NOBI, signed on November 10, 202 1, the following Project Milestones have
been met and the corresponding credits shall be released:

By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements for
the above -referenced tract and the following credits are released to sell:
0 10% of the Nitrogen nutrient offset credits (0. 10 x 135,901.542 Ibs-N = 13,590.154 lbs-N)
0 10% of the Phosphorus nutrient offset credits (0. 10 x 8,753.110 lbs-P = 875.311 lbs-P)
Please note that nutrient offset credits generated at this site must be used for impacts in HUC
03020101 of the Tar -Pamlico River Basin pursuant to 15A NCAC 02B.0703, which became
effective on April 1, 2020.
