As previously communicated, after the first round of comments, the City of Mebane decided to
change the proposed disinfection system from sodium hypochlorite with chlorine contact basins
to a UV system. As a result of this change, the Non -Potable Water system, the sodium
hypochlorite system, and the sodium bisulfite system are also being removed from the project.
Enclosed for your review are the following documents:
• Application for Authorization to Construct Permit — amended language in blue

• Selected Project Specifications, including:
