Please find enclosed: The two checks totaling $570.00 and a copy of the original fee correction notice by your department. In addition to the remittance fee, Baker is enclosing seven (7) copies of the Notice to Proceed from the Ecosystem Enhancement Program (EEP) for the Big Cedar Creek Stream Restoration Project. (Baker) onsite to review the Big Cedar Stream Restoration Plan. The plan anticipates the restoration of 10,688 linear feet (lf), enhancement of 438 lf, and preservation of 119 if of stream.. By copy of letter dated October 5, 2007, EEP provided comments to Baker concerning suggested revisions to the final Restoration Plan. In response to that letter, a revised Restoration Plan was received on October 16, 2007. The Ecosystem Enhancement Program (EEP) has completed its review of the Restoration Plan and has no additional comments at this time. Please proceed with acquiring all necessary permits and/or certifications and complete the implementation of the earthwork portion of the mitigation project (Task 4). A copy of this letter should be included with your 401/404 permit applications. For the purpose of obtaining approval of the erosion and sedimentation control plan for this project, I have also attached a memorandum confirming that Baker Engineering is the Owner and Financially Responsible Party, and has full operational control for all matters pertaining to construction of this project. Please sign and attach this memorandum to the Financial Responsibility/Ownership form of the erosion and sedimentation control plan application. Failure to do so may delay approval of the plan.
