On March 11, 2024, Michael Hall from the Division of Water Resources, Raleigh Regional Office visited your
property at 502 Royal Sunset Drive to evaluate compliance with the subject non -discharge permit referenced
above (The Permit). The property was found to be unoccupied, with no residence yet constructed. Presumably,
the Permit is intended for use when, and if, the property is developed.
The general warranty deed for the property Issued by Chatham County (attached), indicates that you have owned
the property since July 8, 2020, but the Permit is still under the name of the previous owner of the property. In
order to transfer the permit to your name, you will need to complete a new owner change form (attached), and
submit it as indicated on the form.
The Permit was issued July 23, 2018 and expired on June 30, 2023, because of unpaid annual fees, likely because
the invoices were sent to the previous owner of the property. In order to reinstate the permit, it will be necessary
