Wall 11 Bank Parcel Credit Release — Task 4
Dear Mr. Hamrick,
DWR Project #: 2018-1428v2
Randolph County
On December 20, 2023, the Division of Water Resources (DVv'R) received a Year I Monitoring
Report from EcoMAA Holdings 1, LLC (EcoMAA) for the Firestone BufferNutrient Offset site.
Overall, site conditions appear to look good, performance standards for vegetation are met and only a
minor encroachment within the conservation easement area was noted and has been resolved.
Additionally, the supplemental documentation required per the Adaptive Management Plan, to be
submitted with the Year I monitoring report, was also included.
DVVR received a performance bond (#1001157220) issued to EcoMAA Holdings 1, LLC from US
Specialty Insurance Company, in the amount of $57,250, to cover monitoring and maintenance at the
subject site. The term of this bond ends with DWR approval of the Year 2 Monitoring Report.
Future credit releases will be dependent on both the renewal of this performance bond and the annual
monitoring reports.
In accordance with the MBI, signed on September 29, 2022, the following Project Milestones have
been met and the corresponding credits shall be released:
