Wastewater Permit NCO087912
Speedway #6973
The North Carolina Environmental
Management Commission proposes
to issue a NPDES wastewater dis-
charge permit to the person(s) listed
below. Written comments regarding
the proposed permit will be accepted
until 30 days after the publish date of
this notice. The Director of the NC Di-
vision of Water Resources (DWR) may
hold a public hearing should there be
a significant degree of public interest.
Please mail comments and/or infor-
mation requests to DWR at the above
address. Interested persons may visit
the DWR at 512 N. Salisbury Street,
Raleigh, INC 27604 to review the infor-
mation on file. Additional information
on NPDES permits and this notice may
be found on our website: https://deq.
nc.gov/public-notices-hearings,or by
calling (919) 707-3601. Speedway
LLC applied to renew NPDES permit
NCO087912 for Speedway #6973 for
treated wastewaters from a Surface
Water Pollution Control System (oil/
water separators) discharging to a UT
to Richland Creek, Neuse River Basin.
The parameter Naphthalene is wa-
ter -quality limited. This discharge may
affect future wasteload allocations in
this portion of the watershed.

Before the undersigned, a Notary Public of Dallas
County, Texas, duly commissioned and authorized to
administer oaths, affirmations, etc., personally
appeared Tara Pennington, who being duly sworn or
affirmed, according to law, cloth depose and say that he
or she is Accounts Receivable Specialist of the News &
Observer Publishing Company, a corporation organized
and doing business under the Laws of the State of North

597 of the General Statutes of North Carolina and was a

of the General Statutes of North Carolina, and that as
such he or she makes this affidavit; and is familiar with
the books, files and business of said corporation and by
reference to the files of said publication the attached
advertisement for DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES -
RALEIGH was inserted in the aforesaid newspaper on
