I'm not exactly sure what the question/concern is, particularly in reference
to Brian's comment about converting to wetlands. I do recall early
conversation about converting the old borrow pit to wetlands for mitigation,
this would be beneficial to the corridors and I wouldn't have any concerns.
However that area is on the Williams property.
I do not have any concerns with the language below "B. subsequent
transfers..." I basically read it to say the easements are valid through
any land sale or transfer, etc.
