Duncan Road), Union County Donna We have a pipe failure on SR 1534 (W. Duncan Road), Union County. This pipe falls within the Goose Creek Watershed, I have a call into USFWS for their concurrence. (Work will not start until I hear from USFWS.) We will be replacing the failing (76"x40') CMPA with a new (76"x40') CMPA. I will ask our Bridge Maintenance Workers to ensure our erosion control measures are maintained throughout the life of this project. We will be replacing this pipe under the NW 3 and corresponding Water Quality Certifications. Please feel free to call or email any questions or concerns. Joel M.
