Based on your information submitted via email on 12/16/2015 and my GIS evaluation this project, involving the
replacement of Bridge 173 on SR 1353 in Orange County, Action ID: SAW-2015-02661, will not require any discharges of
dredged or fill material into Waters of the U.S., and thus does not require a CWA section 404 permit from the USACE. If
you have any questions please let me know.
