It is obvious that there are open water impacts (to the stormwater pond/BMP). It is also obvious the proposed road on the upper end will require “fill” as well, unless the BMP is bridged. The pond was approved as is back in the day with the construction of forebays. This current impact and potential future impact will affect the BMP size, thus treatment ability. Was the current SW plan (numbers) calculated using the existing pond size or the new size once the road is built. It looks like a new forebay will be required for the impact on the east side of the pond (not at the 485 side). Has the city of Charlotte approved the SW plan? IF so, can I get a copy of their approval letter.
