Dear Mr. Boss:
This letter is in response to the wastewater treatment plant inspection that was
conducted at the Wildcat Cliffs WWTP on March 12, 2024.
Our operator Tyler Easterly, ORC attended the inspection, and we have reviewed the
Notice of Violation dated March 12, 2024. Please see the following responses to the
items noted in the inspection.

Description of Deficiency
Filtration (High -Rate Tertiary) At the time of the inspection, the high level visual
and audible alarms were not working.
Our maintenance crew will evaluate and make the necessary recommendations to
Wildcat Cliffs to take care of this.
Disinfection - Tablet At the time of the inspection, the sludge blanket in the
contact chamber was 1.5' out of 3.25' feet of water.
The contact chamber is pumped on a regular basis and was last pumped in November
2023. We will pump it out again, as soon as possible.
Effluent Sampling At the time of the inspection, there was no thermometer in the
sampling fridge
A thermometer has been ordered and will be installed once received.
The additional Items will be addressed and corrected.
