Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used: * Proposing to fill the marked ditches (see Appendix D) with clean earthen soil, utilizing bulldozers, backhoes, and other heavy machinery to move soil to designated area. Non -Wetland Waters Fill Area #1 - necessary to fill in order to construct the intersection between Road F and B; installation of HVAC units for building 14; the remainder of the ditch will no longer be jurisdictional/no longer be a viable ditch to keep on the property.
