Permit
'The North Carolina Environmental Management Commis-
sion proposes to reissue the following NPDES wastewater
general permit:
NPDES General Permit No. NCG580000 for the discharge
of reclaimed water from a coniunctive use reclaimed water
system. Covered discharge is limited to discharges from
reclaimed storage ponds as a result of rainfall or storm
events; or overspray or runoff of reclaimed water if levels
are over specified minimums.
Written comments regarding the proposed general permit
will be accepted until 30 days after the publish date of this
notice. The Director of the NC Division of Water Resources
(DWR) may hold a public hearing should there be a signifi-
c.ant degree of public interest. Please mail comments and/
or information requests to DWR at the above address. Inter-
ested persons may visit the DWR at 512 N. Salisbury Street,
Raleigh, NC to review information on file. Additional infor-
