Inspection Summary:
A routine compliance inspection of the James A. Loughlin (Northside) WWTP Reclaimed Water Bulk Distribution System
was conducted on April 8, 2024. The purpose of the evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with
the conditions and limitations specified in Permit WQ0037835. Jeff Cermak was present during the inspection.
This facility is a 100,000 GPD reclaimed water bulk distribution system extension of the NPDES Northside WWTP facility.
Monitoring parameters are set to match the Northside Permit NCO023965 for BOD, Fecal, Ammonia and TSS if distribution
occurs. In addition,turbidity is continuously monitored for any distribution event. The HACH turbidity meter was calibrated on
3/18/2024 by a HACH service technician. The reclaimed water valve was locked, painted purple and labeled as reclaimed
water as required.
No reclaimed water has been distributed since the permit was originally issued in 2016. Staff reports zero flow on monthly
NDMR as required.
The facility is compliant with Non -Discharge Permit WQ0037835.
