The utility impacts have been refined and are shown on the attached, updated wetland impact table. 2:1 mitigation is
proposed for the 0.82 acre of wetland loss and 1:1 proposed for the 0.21 acre of conversion from the maintenance
corridors that will remain. As requested, wetland and stream impacts requiring mitigation are also retailed in the
attached table and the DIVISA acceptance letter is attached.
