Hey Jeff,
Looking at the caveat with your mitigation and that you proposed a 1.5:1 for intermittent reaches. Please note, we would
only accept a 1.5:1 or 1:1 mitigation to impact ratio, if the stream systems scored low. And typically, we only require 1:1
for the lower quality systems. But as a rule of thumb, we would require 2:1, regardless of flow regime it scores medium
or high on the NCSAM forms. I just want to be fully transparent.
Also, given the visibility this project has, a 2:1 ratio for perm impacts may be worth considering. Working on the public
notice now; wi I I go out within the next week or so.

proposed for the 0.82 acre of wetland loss and 1:1 proposed for the 0.21 acre of conversion from the maintenance
corridors that will remain. As requested, wetland and stream impacts requiring mitigation are also retailed in the
attached table and the DIVIISA acceptance letter is attached.
