which is covered under U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Individual Permit # SAW-2023-00665 and the North Carolina
Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) Individual 401 Water Quality Certification DWR Permit # 20230684. Work
authorized by these permits is proposed to start on April 1, 2024. As required by the Corps permit, contact information for
