I hope this finds you doingwell.
Embrey is nearing completion of the NODA 3027 N Tryon Stream Project (SAW-2022-01921) and are beginning to
have grass within the disturbed areas. Our plan is to continue monitoring the grass growth prior to making the
upstream and downstream ties, but wanted to give you an update. The trees and woodyvegetation are planned to
be installed next week. We wanted to see if y'all wanted to come out to the site for a look prior to us making the
ties and then beginningthe backfillingthe existing channel. The seedingwas finished about 10 days ago on the
downstream end and about two/three weeks on the upstream end; so, we are beginningto see germination and
the seeding coming out of the matting. The upstream section has more vegetation than the downstream section,
but we will certainly keep this watched and make sure that we have good vegetation coverage. Following stream
stabilization, we will have silt fence installed to minimize upslope erosion into the stream. Do you see any issues
with this plan or are you ok with the currently level of stabilization with amount of matting/vegetation beginning to
