A Public Notice was issued bythe U.S.Army Corps ofEngineers OnJuly 7,2O15. The Division has determined that your application remains incomplete and cannot beprocessed. The application ison-hold until all mfthe following information isreceived: I. Provide more details regarding avoidance and minimization of stream impacts for this w Proposed impacts RC1 and RC2 include 3 stream crossings that all result in access tmthe same area. Your response indicated that two crossings are necessary toaccess two different sections ofdevelopment. You further explained that the loop road was removed tokeep commercial traffic separate from residential traffic. The roadway associated with RC3provides a separate access tothe commercial section ofthe development. Eliminate RC2 or explain why it is necessary in addition to RC3. 2. There are three fill slopes associated with the fannettesthat are proposed immediately adjacent tostream channels onthe site.
