NC0025071 — Inspection Summary — March 7, 2024
The permit became effective on May 1, 2021, and will expire on APRIL 30, 2026.
The WWTP appeared to be well operated and maintained. No discrepancies were noted during the
inspection.
Mr. Tuttle does a very good job with regards to keeping records.
The clarifier in use appeared clean and well maintained.
Matt Tuttle WW-4, 1008705 is listed as the ORC and Chadwick Darst WW-4, 1010731, and Chris
Powell WW-4, 998994 are listed as the Backup ORC.
The June and November 2023 eDMRs were spot checked with the results on the lab result reports.
No discrepancies were noted.
The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection.
