On March 7, 2024, Gary Hudson, of this office, met with Gary Moore, Operator in
Responsible Charge (ORC), and Nadine Blackwell to perform a Compliance Evaluation
Inspection at the Mayodan Wastewater Treatment plant. This type of inspection consists
of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility.
The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this
inspection.
