The permit became effective on September 1, 2023, and will expire on May 31, 2028.
The WWTP appeared to be well operated and maintained. No discrepancies were noted during the
inspection.
Mr. Moore does a very good job with regards to keeping records.
Gary Moore WW-4, 1002596 is the ORC. Please send an updated ORC designation form to the
certification unit as soon as possible.
The May and October 2023 eDMRs were spot checked with the results on the lab result reports. No
discrepancies were noted.
The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection.
