Hi Katie,
DWR has completed the review of the Shady Grove MY1 Report and have the following comments:
Overall, the vegetation plots appear healthy and on track.
Thank you for noting the encroachment and including photos and the location on Figure 2. DWR is now asking that proof of
correspondence with the offending party be attached to the annual monitoring reports whenever there is an encroachment
going forward. Please ensure if there are any future encroachments that this information is included.
Please provide photos of the enhanced boundary and re -planted stems (if necessary) when those actions are completed and
include them in the MY2 report.
DWR officially approves the Carraway Bluff Phase II MY1 report and approves a 20% bond reduction. Please provide confirmation of bond
renewal at $80,000 along with the Credit Release Request Letter.
