Monitoring Report MY1 Review - Sassafrass Phase II

Hi Heath,
DWR has completed the review of the Sassafrass Phase II MY1 report and have the following comments:
1. Overall, the vegetation plots appear healthy and on track.
2. Thank you for noting the encroachment and including photos and the location on Figure 3. DWR is now asking that proof of
correspondence with the offending party be attached to the annual monitoring reports whenever there is an encroachment going
forward. Please ensure if there are any future encroachments that this information is included.
3. Please provide photos of the re -planted stems and enhanced boundary when those actions are completed.
DWR officially approves the MY1 report for Sassafrass Phase II. Please provide confirmation of bond renewal at $100,000 and credit release
letter. Expect a partial credit release with full credit release upon receiving the photos requested in comment 3.
