Stormwater Project No. SW6100701
Traemoor Connection
Cumberland County
Dee Freeman
Secretary
The Division of Water Quality Central Office received a Stormwater Management Permit Application for
the subject project on'uly 2, 2010, and additional information received August 13 & 19,.2010. A
preliminary review Q.Ubat information has.determined that the application is still not complete. The
following information is needed to continue the stormwater review:
Review of items from the Jul 12r2010 additional information request:
1. The'deed'festriction forr n vvas submitted, but it is not completed correctly. Each outparcel needs to
be'id'ert1fied with -its allot?ed BUA listed.
2. The soils report provided states that the SHWT is 2.5 feet above the PPE of the pond. This can lead
to the groundwater taking up all or part of the storage volume that is supposed to be available for
stormwater runoff. Please provide needed information to prove that there is enough available
storage volume. Information on what needs to be provided is in 10.3.2 of the BMP Manual.
3. The drainage area provided does not appear to be correct. It is not shown following the contours
correctly from around the outlet of the pond south to the duplex area around the southeast corner of
the property. It appears that some of the duplexes do not drain to the pond, but drain east off of the
site. Please also -provide contour labels. It is very difficult to determine what elevations are for
unlabeled ccz tours that do not intersect with the existing contours, which are labeled.
4. The HT and'Iharmacy sites should be included in the deed restrictions with allotted BUAs.
5. Item resolved. .
6. Item has been pair ially addressed with site plan of parts of the site shown on S-4a. Any change to
or detail finalized -site plans must.be submitted for approval by DWQ.
7. Item addressed.
8. Item has been partially addressed. There is still not sufficient detail shown or information provided
that shows that all the proposed BUA will be captured and treated by the pond. Locations of roof
drains or notes stating that they must be directed to the pond must be provided.
9. This item still needs to be addressed. I n
