NCG050434 was not renewed because fees were owed at the time of the NCG050000 General Permit
renewal. Attached is the correspondence that went out about it.
The permit staff need an alert once it is paid in order to renew it. We rely on the permittee to do that—it's not
automatic just because a fee is applied.
Checking our system, it looks like fees may be paid up now.To request a renewal, please use this form:
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-COC-Renewal
and choose this option:

It was put on hold previously because you had more than one active permit and once the Owner Afilliation is changed
for one permit it would change it for all active permits tied to this owner and there was no response to email that was
sent in February.
Bethany or Tev do you know why this is expired?See below.

Good morning Joyce,
I'm assisting our Midland NC facility with getting their eDMR account set up, and the facility sent a Permit Owner
Affiliation Designation Form to update the new owner affiliation back in January(see attached).The Owner Verification
report and the SW Permit Summary are still showing the old owner. Also, both reports are also showing our permit
status as "expired" even though there are no outstanding invoices. Do you happen to know who I can reach out to to get
this information updated before I continue with the eDMR account set up?
