Could you please upload the respective documents (detailed site plan showing total linear feet of stabilization in reference to property boundaries, labeled features, riprap, highwater mark, height, depth, etc.) into Laserfiche as soon as possible so I can complete my review of your project with minimal delay. I have the multiple photo's of the site showing the house and a beached floating dock, however it is not giving any reference to the water. Is there going to be fill applied and riprap? Please provide a more detailed written description of the proposed work along with the site plan showing total linear feet of stabilization, in reference to high water mark (above/below), The listed proposed work in the application only states "Shoreline and undermining area stabilized with existing ground and riprap". Is that stating that the work has been done? In the pictures it seems that some work has been done. Please verify if this is the case. This would be changed to an after the fact approval.
